Our flagship program
DARC Robotics
A structured, hands-on robotics and technology program for schools, from Grade 1 to Year 12 (with a main focus on Grade 3 to Year 12).
Overview
Structured lessons. Real projects. Measurable progress.
DARC Robotics helps schools introduce students to technology through structured lessons, hands-on projects, practical assessments, and progressive skill development — without having to build a robotics curriculum or source all the teaching expertise independently.
The program runs term by term (about three months per term). Lesson frequency, class size, kit allocation, instructor assignment and project targets are agreed with each school, so delivery is tailored to the selected level and package.
Curriculum framework
A pathway from Grade 1 to Year 12
The curriculum progresses by age, experience and technical readiness.
Robotics kit
Core kit components
Kit contents depend on the agreed school package. Advanced configurations may add Bluetooth modules and more sensors.
Capstone
DARC Intelligent Rover
Computer vision, wireless communication and physical robotics combined — the laptop handles image processing while the Arduino controls the hardware.
Camera input
Captures the scene or gesture
Python + OpenCV
Processes images and decides
HC-05 Bluetooth
Transmits control commands
Arduino Uno
Controls the hardware
Motors & sensors
The rover acts physically
Safety first
Responsible use, every lesson
